On Saturday, Cristiano Ronaldo will equal Paolo Maldini’s record of 6 Champions League Final appearances. The Portuguese has played 5 Champions League Finals in his illustrious career, 2 with Man United and 3 with Real Madrid. He is yet to lose a Champions League Final with Real Madrid while he has lost 1 Final with Man United in 2009.

If Cristiano Ronaldo manages to win the Champions League with Real Madrid, he will join a list of special players who have 5 Champions League titles in their careers. Real Madrid legend Paco Gento currently holds the record as the player with most Champions League titles with 6 to his name.
