Zidane answers the question regarding ‘Isco or Bale’ for the Champions League Final

Zinedine Zidane’s men signed off from Bernabeu in fantastic style as they put 6 goals past a hopeless Celta Vigo side at the Bernabeu. Gareth Bale was the star of the show as the Welshman put in a fantastic display scoring two goals for the home side. Isco scored another just before half time to make it 3-0 before the break.

Madrid kept pushing for more goals after the interval and they were rewarded with 3 more goals with Hakimi and Kroos scoring for the hosts and they were also helped by a Celta Vigo own goal.

Madrid Boss Zinedine Zidane talked to the media after his side’s fantastic victory and praised his team for the amazing performance. As reported by Spanish Website MARCA, Zidane said:

“We played an amazing game and it was important. We played with intensity, getting six goals and playing amazing football. It’s very good.”

Zidane also praised Navas for his brilliant saves and for keeping a cleansheet in the game.

“I am happy for Navas. He saved us two or three times against Celta. He gives us life with these big saves. He is a very important player.”

Zidane also had words of appreciation for Gareth Bale who had a fantastic game scoring two goals for the whites.

“What Bale has done today is very good and I’m happy for him. He is good at everything. He has shown it.”

Zidane was also asked if he would prefer Bale ahead of Isco for the Champions League Final and the Madrid Manager answered:

“I do not know at all. It will be headache to pick the eleven players for the Final.”
